How to Use LensZap

Slide 1: Login & Dashboard
Visit LensZap.com
Enter your mobile/email and password
Access the Photographer Dashboard
View plan usage, storage, and active events
Top navigation includes: Dashboard, My Galleries, Create Gallery, Logo Settings, Edit Profile, Gallery Reports, Change Plan, Contact LensZap Team
Slide 2: Create a New Gallery
Click on “Create Gallery”
Enter the Gallery Name (title)
Set View Password and Master Password
Choose expiry Date & Time
Select Compression Level (10%, 20%, 50%)
Enable or disable Download Access for clients
Upload a Cover Photo
(Optional) Add Gallery Description
Click “Create Gallery” → Redirects to My Galleries
Slide 3: Upload Original Images
Click on “Upload Images”
Upload single or multiple original photos
See real-time progress and status
Upload limits depend on your plan
Redirected to Manage Images after upload
Slide 4: Compress Images + Add Watermark
Click on “Compress + Watermark”
Compression starts automatically
Your logo is applied based on saved position
Progress bar shows percentage
Both Original & Compressed images are available after processing

View all uploaded original and compressed images
Delete images one-by-one or in bulk
Switch between original/compressed views
Maintain full control over gallery assets
Slide 6: Upload Logo & Watermark Settings
Go to “Edit Logo Settings”
Upload your logo (PNG recommended)
Choose Watermark Position: Bottom-Right, Center, etc.
Used during compression automatically
Slide 7: Share Gallery with Client
Go to My Galleries
Click “Share Gallery”
Link + View Password + Master Password copied to clipboard
Send to client via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email
No login required for client access
Slide 8: View Selections & Downloads
View client selections in your dashboard
Download selected images as ZIP
Export Selection Report (PDF or list format)
Slide 9: Delete Gallery (If Needed)
Click “Delete Gallery”
All images (original and compressed) will be deleted permanently
